1. Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. Successful completion of a Medical Assistant training program from an accredited school required.
2. Licensure: Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) License from the State of California required. Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards required. New hires and transfers have up to 6 months from date of hire/transfer to obtain BLS/Healthcare Provider certification and must remain continually current.
3. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year Medical Assistant experience required. A minimum of one (1) year Phlebotomy experience required
