Required Skills & Experience:
-Two (2) years management and leadership experience.
-Problem solving and well-developed analytical skills.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-Computer Skills. Experienced in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Required Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Social Work, or related field required.
-In lieu of degree, an additional minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in hospital financial counseling, patient access, or revenue cycle operations, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role, may be considered as equivalent.
