Job Summary:
This position is responsible to ensure that all surgical instrument sets and equipment are properly maintained. Responsible for tracking lost and broken instrumentation and maintenance of digital records of instrumentation in Instrument Tracking System software. Performs weekly missing instrument audit reports. Ensures that these responsibilities are carried out according to established directions designated in procedure manual. Functions as a team member, supporting department activities providing for optimal instrument and equipment processing.

-Good computer knowledge, good working knowledge of Power Point and SPM.
-Good interpersonal skills
-Good verbal and written communications skills (English).
-Self Motivated, able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Required Education:
-High school graduate or GED.
OR
-Three (3) years instrumentation experience in a hospital setting.
