Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Prior experience with electronic medical record systems.
-One (1) year LPN experience within the last five years.
Required Education:
-Graduate of a school of Practical Nursing.
-If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one (1) year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Current LPN license by applicable state requirements.
-BLS.
-Positions that are not on campus may not require current Basic Life Support (BLS) competency as determined by the work area.
