Required Education: -High School or GED required, Current Vocational Nursing License, Current BLS certification.
Required Skills & Experience: -1-2 years in an outpatient clinic setting or healthcare related field. -Completion of an approved Vocational Nursing program and licensure. -Basic keyboarding skills. -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel. -Excellent communication skills; customer focused; excellent attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; strong interpersonal skills; able to work in a team environment. -Proven ability to interface with all customer levels (physician, Organization staff, insurance companies, patient and family members). -Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
